They build cases where there is storage ability built into the back of the motherboard tray for SSDs. No, it won't need cooling, it's case is large enough to act as it's own heatsink.

case nzxt s340 elite with nzxt kraken x62 280mm radiator in the front
its ok with this ?

It looks like this case comes with two 120mm fans. Put one of these fan is in the top and one in the back - both as exhaust fans. Use the radiator in front with the fans as input. You'll then have a balanced system. As always, monitor your temps after you do the build.
