Random Internet-Freezes during ONline gaming

Hello everybody,
I recently moved to a new flat and (to shorten the story) i get random freezes during online gaming.
The thing is that those freezes last for 2-3 seconds ONLY in online-games like LoL, CS:GO (usually 4 times a match).
The temperatures are normal and the fps is constant (i mean i don't get frame-drops or anything like that)
Some friends have got the same Internet like me and don't have this problem..
Any suggestions you guys could help me with? Thanks in advance

Are you on wifi? What is your Internet speed?

Do a tracert to the servers you tend to connect to.

I'm not on Wifi, wired* (optic-fiber)

You have a fiberline straight to your computer? I'm jealous. That could actually be part of the issue though; are there any tight bends in the line?

Even if it's plastic and not glass, tight bends are fiber-optic killers. Find a way to straighten them out as much as possible and try again.

Some people said that they changed the cable but still had this issue, but some others changed their routers and solved it..

If you replace the cable without rerouting it to get rid of the tight bends the issue will persist; it is of course possible that the issue is indeed your router. I don't have much experience with fiber-optic cabling, but I do know that it has a minimum bend radius, and if you bend it tighter than that the signal has trouble getting through the cable cleanly or you could even break the fiber.
