Heya guys. As what it is said in the title I'm playing BF1 Multiplayer mainly and I'm having bottleneck issues (?) giving me huge frame drops on Multiplayer having as low as 25-60 depending on the map. No Hiccups on Campaign even on Ultra settings. I know my current hardware isn't in the recommended specs but I'm playing at only 1366x720p 60hz at the moment and not planning to upgrade my monitor 'till the end of the year. Also, only which hardware is the utmost priority for upgrade in order for me to play if possible a constant 60fps? For reference guys here's my system specs:

CPU: Fx-6300 @ 4.0 ghz
GPU: R9 270 Dual X OC Edition
RAM: 8ghz 1333 Dual Channel
PSU: Seasonic S12II-620w 80+ Bronze

Thank you for the advice in advance! :D

Time for a ryzen r5 + 8gb of ddr4 and a new b350 motherboard. Whats your budget btw?

Around 250 USD. If i Pick the mobo + cpu + ram upgrade will my 270 run it at around 60 fps on bf1?

Probably still not quite, but should be more consistent.

Download MSI Afterburner if you don't already have it and see what's happening when the game bottlenecks - is your GPU near topped out, or are the CPU cores? I'd suspect CPU, but have no experience with a 270 myself.

My GPU usage is at around 65% tops while my CPU cores on the other hand are running at around 98% on all cores.

There you have your answer.

CPU upgrade will bring more in-game performance; the GPU has more left to give. I kinda doubt that a 270 will be capable of a steady 60 FPS unless detail is way down, but it should be better than you're seeing now!
