GPU: Radeon RX 570 4GB RS Black OC Graphics Card
RAM : 8GB DDR3
PSU: 450W Corsair VS Series
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
4x120mm Fans
2x LCD 24-inch monitors

My old R7 370 is dying and is in need of replacement, so would I also need to upgrade my PSU with the RX 570?

Sam power consumption should be fine but upgrading the low en vs series isn't a bad idea.
