I have a AMD RX460 and all my steam games say something about my graphic card not being supported but when I play overwatch its fine. I have updated everything I set my computer back to factory and I tried downloading GeForce Experience since some people said it even fixed AMD problems. I have tried EVERYTHING but nothing seems to be working , went to Device Manager and I only have one thing show up and thats my AMD card. Please Help!

One thing people seem to be suggesting is to quit Steam, delete ClientRegistry.blob from your main Steam folder, and then restart Steam.
Unfortunately, after reading over a few professional reviews, it seems that the RX 460 is a poor GPU. It's supposed to face off against nVidia's 1050, but apparently falls far short. If the above solution doesn't work, you may just have to upgrade to a 470 or 480 to fix your issue.
