Low FPS on GTX 750 ti

hey guys i,m using a amd 3400 2.7ghz apu , 8gb ram , gtx 750 ti 2gb but i,m getting only 20-30 FPS in Gta 5 and 10-20 in fifa 16 also there is no effect when i change settings to full low but when i was running these games with the same specs but with a phenom ii x4 3ghz (mobo and cpu got destroyed) all was running smoothly with 40-60 Fps ,,, soo is there any fix or any issue fix btw i,ve updated my drivers to latest and there is so much input lag and stuttering in fifa 16 although it is not high intensity game,,so any help will be appreciated thanks....

You don't need to repost this all the time.

Your processor is an APU, which means it's a combined CPU and GPU. AMD's APUs usually have better graphics chips than Intel's onboard graphics, but not by much. Check which GPU your games are using; if they're using the APU, that's probably the issue, and you'll need to go into the nVidia control panel to tell it to use the nVidia card instead.

Perfectly normal as your amd a4 3400 is a lot weaker than the phenom.

so is there any way to reduce this bottleneck a bit without buying new components as i,m selling this pc after a few months and getting a i5 7400 and gtx 1060 3gb inshallah..is there any???

Don't get the 3gb 1060 in the future as it's 15-20% slower than the 6gb version (it's a totally different gpu compared to the 6gb version). There is nothing you can do to relieve the bottleneck in any way. It's a really slow cpu that nobody recommended even when it was new because it was quite bad. No amount of ocing will slove the problem (unless you get that thing to run at 6ghz but then you need liquid nitrogen and an extremely good motherboard.

2)but i,m on budget to afford the 6gb version i,ll buy gtx 1060 3gb or rx 570 4gb or rx 480 4gb as they are all of same price in my country but i,ll look for the games which i want to play then i,ll buy one from these eg. gta 6.....
