This is my very first PC Build.
Computer Specs:
Intel Core i5 7600K 3.8 GHz
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Asus Prime Z270-AR ATX LGA1151
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4-2133
Samsung EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" SSD
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB SSC
NZXT S340
EVGA- SuperNOVA G2 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply.
I installed all the parts according to this guide:

I attached my monitor to my graphics card via HDMI, however when I turn on both my monitor and my PC, the monitor displays a message that says "Power Saving Mode" after a few seconds and goes to sleep.
All of the LEDs on my motherboard and graphics card are on and all of my fans are running. I tried unseating the graphics card and reattaching it, as well as reattaching the 8 pin CPU power.
What else can I do?
*When my PC was on and I tried attaching my keyboard and mouse to the USB slots, neither of their LEDs lit up, meaning that they were not on. I tried both the motherboard USB slots and the case slots. Could this have something to do with it?
