Basically, 2 CPU cores spike to 100% when watching Netflix.
They happen every minute, always 2times in a row.
Gradually getting worse, checked temperatures, all fine. Same thing happens on WIndows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04.
(Using i7-2630QM / 8GB RAM / GTM555 / Ubuntu 16.04)

Solution
its probably because it is running at a lower frequency (0.4ghz) when you are idle then once you start streaming itll clock up and the spike will disappear then itll be like "fam its only a video" then clock back down and once again the loop happens

literally cannot think of any other reason of why it would be doing that.
