Update Bios Through USB?

OK so here's the story. Im going to upgrade my amd fm2+ system to and intel lga 1151 system. I'm on a tight budget so i was going to get the pentium g4560. The b150 motherboards are cheaper than b250 and I know the pentium wont work with a b150 mb w/out a bios update. So I want to know if i could download a kabylake bios update and update the bios through a usb drive.

No you cant really, you need a sky lake cpu really to update it, or ask the shop you are purchasing it from to update it for you before sending.

It depends on the motherboard, some you cant and some you can, the video posted is for an already working machine.
