PC upgrading about PSU and MOBO

Hi i've beem meaning to upgrade my pc for a long time and I've had mine since 2013

I'm very much worried if my psu and mobo can handle it. Im planning on getting the asus gtx950 strix and two ripjaws 8gb

My mobo is an Asus p8h61-m lx3 and my power supply is an Ovation P4-600W-2892 (whenever i look up for this brand i dont seem to get any results tho)

Do i need a better powersupply or mobo? Or both?

Only need a new motherboard if you're unhappy with its current CPU and want to upgrade platforms.

The power supply, I would certainly upgrade to a competent one.

As for the Power supply, 600W is plenty but I would recommend buying a new PSU from a name brand supplier such as EVGA. It should only cost you around $30-$50 for a nice 600W PSU, but you could easily get by with a name brand 500W as well.
