My system specs are:
Power Supply: EVGA 750 GQ
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970 gaming
CPU: AMD FX 8320 (Non OC)
RAM: 16gb DDR3
Graphics Card: Saphire RX420 8gb
OS: Windows 10 Professional x64
I recently purchased my graphics card from Ebay about two months ago and had a helluva time getting the graphics drivers to work then (no graphics driver is installed messages etc) but by a combination of dumb luck and guessing it worked.
I recently purchased Batman Arkham Knight, great game until it crashed, with the message .exe has stopped working, each and everytime tried to load it would say this. With some detective work found that the graphics card was showing error 43, so figuring that the graphics drivers had become corrupted, did a complete uninstall and reinstall from both driver cd and amd website, still getting error messages as above and radeon settings are not avialable please try again after connecting amd graphics even after a clean install of both windows 7 and 10 still error 43.
I've tried removing and reseating the graphics card but it seems perfectly fine lights are on, fans spin but still no life.
I've been at this all night and getting no where fast, please help, as it cannot be dead as managed to get it to load a few hours ago, just cannot remember how.
Or has BATMAN managed to fry my graphics card?
