Recently, I got an assembled a computer (from a shop).

Gigabyte 110
G4560 processor.

To have compatibility, the technician updated the BIOS. It worked excellent.

I entered BIOS settings, and selected reset BIOS settings & selected safe mode. When I rebooted the machine, all I get is "NO signal" in monitor. I removed the cmos battery and reset the cmos jumper too. Still dint bootup

My question is, selecting "SAFE MODE" & "RESET SETTINGS" from BIOS remove the updates?
Help please.

I just responded to your question, not your problem because that is what you wrote,

It seems like you have a powering up problem usually caused by the BIOS putting the PC into a G3 mechanical off power state especially if you have your BIOS power settings set as "After Power Failure - Stay Off".

You can try a couple of things:
1. First, when the power supply is on, do you get a green led light on the motherboard? If you don't see the green light, then check your power supply button to make sure it's on.
2. If you do see the light, then unplug the power cord and then remove the CMOS battery and wait till the green light goes out.
3. After the...

Reset settings only defaults the settings, it does not remove updates. Maybe you should try going back into the BIOS and just hitting default settings but NO SAFE MODE.

3. After the light goes out, plug back in the power cord WITHOUT THE CMOS BATTERY in and try to start up.
4. If it starts up, then you should see a couple of warnings about checksum and battery. Just ignore them. The PC should then go into the BIOS setup.

Let me know what happens.
