Hey guys, I have a budget of roughly 1300 for everything. (Monitor os, keyboard mouse etc...) The build i made came out to $1,235.81 on amazon. I want to play majority of games, if possible, at 1080p, 60fps.
This will be the first computer I've built. Any recommendations?

Solution
Here's a suggested build, upgraded and modified for compatibilities, amounting to $1226 (excluding external drive, KB and mouse):

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Core i5-7600K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($229.00 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG - H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI - Z270-A PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($109.33 @ OutletPC)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($126.00 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($107.88 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Seagate - Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive...
Several issues on your parts selected:

CPU and Motherboard:
If you want to overclock, the i5-7600K is good for gaming. But you need a Z270 motherboard for that (you cannot overclock on th B250 motherboard).
If you do not intend to overclock, the B250 motherboard is okay, but you'd save a lot of money and power consumption if you choose the i5-7500 or i5-7600 (non-"K" CPUs).

RAM:
You need to select DDR4 (not DDR3) RAM. DDR3 won't fit in your DDR4 CPU/MB system. Select at least a 2x4GB sticks to take advantage of dual channel speeds. If you want to overclock, get a faster 3000MHz to 3200MHz speed. If you do not intend to overclock, get the 2400MHz speed.

PSU:
The 700W PSU is overkill. Get a better-quality PSU with ample wattage. I suggest looking at Seasonic G-550, EVGA SuperNova G3 550, Corsair TX550M Gold, or Corsair RM550x. Any of these suggested PSUs are more than enough for your rig and have ample headroom for future upgrades.

SSD/HDD:
Get a 240-250GB SSD as minimum. 120GB is lower in price/performance than the 240-250GB models, which are faster - not to mention more capacity. Most recommended is Samsung 850 EVO.

Get a faster HDD. 5200rpm is slow. Get the 7200rpm version - WD10EFRX (1 TB Blue) would be a good choice.

Solution
An i7 7700 will far outperform a 7600k.
However, Ryzen is the best choice here easily.
