So im new pc gaming so what is needed to run ps2 gc and 3ds smoothly i currently have Radeon 5400 and AMD Phenom(tm) II X2 B59 Processor my question is what i should up grade too to run the emulators i want to run

Emulators generally are CPU intensive, so i suggest u get some i7 or ryzen, up to your preference, i7 excels in gaming and ryzen serves as all-around multithreading unit. for the VGA, i don't really know how much does the emulators needs so i can't say for sure
