i have a minecraft server and when i do the java minecraft thing to add more memory it only goes to 1.3 gigs anything about it it pops up for half a second then disappeares and i have 16 gigs of ddr4 memory running at 3000 mhz. why is it crashing? i tried getting for memory under msconfig but no luck why i should be able to allow atleast 8gbs to it with 16 gigs of ram in my system why is it crashing?
