well if you're not doing any heavy gaming, integrated graphic will be enough
for the CPU i rather go for i5 7500, since the value/performance are better
if you're choosing i3 / on a budget, i rather suggest u to buy g4560, much cheaper with only little performance difference

If going with integrated graphics the i3 just kills the Pentium she to the better iGPU.
Pentium uses the Intel 610, i3 the 630, which is distinctively stronger.
However an i5 would be an i5, so if you can afford it it's certainly worth it.
In my work place we upgraded the i3s to i5s last year and the difference is very noticeable.
