I want to know how to back up mail in MAC OS X like in windows we copy the PST file to the external HDD i want to copy the OUTLOOK mails in MAC OS X to an external HDD/ Network share (windows 2008).
If the user is using APPLE MAIL instead of the outlook how to backup the same so in case of system fail all the mails can be backed up into new system.
Note: I dont want to delete the mails from the mac OS after backing up to external drive.
