These are my current pc Specs
CPU : Intel Core i7 2600 2nd gen
Motherboard : gigabite DH61WW
Ram : 8gb
Graphics : gtx760 2gb
PSU : Corsair VS650

So my question is will upgrading my motherboard to something like ASUS P8Z68-V PRO will make a difference in any graphical performance or any overall performance?

if so which motherboard should i go for

as well as if i go for an upgrade for motherboard, will i be able to upgrade a better graphic card in near future?

You would be better of getting SSD if you haven't one, motherboard won't make any noticeable difference if any, as long as you plugging in the same main components.

just upgrade to a GTX1070 1st, and u should double performance. Prices are great now for a new nVidia card. A big CPU price and performance battle between the two major manufacturers are just starting so wait a while on a new CPU and MOBO.

The GTX1080 might even be found for a great price. One GTX1070 or even maybe one GTX1080 can run np on a PSU that reliably runs a GTX760. (I know for sure with 1st hand knowledge a GTX1070 can.)

i had GTX760-SLI for several years and now have GTX1070-SLI for over six months using same PSU and np.

Oh, and u didn't list ur PSU.

Wat PSU do u have?

THAT is a crucial as anything. But ppl get lucky and don't realize just how important a PSU is. If u have an off brand and never any problems then ur fortunate. It's just not advisable to purchase anything before getting a great PSU.

Thanks for that, i will surely look for SSD, but the problem is i am gonna buy a New Graphics so i want an SLI functionality, which isn't on my current board, where as i have a limitation of ram, i cannot go further 8gb on this board, so i am stuck.

That's the reason i want a new and powerful motherboard

Thanks for letting me know about the PSU as well as the graphics, i appreciate.
Actually that's the reason, i am going to buy a new graphics gtx 1080 4gb oc variant, so i want to run this card as an sli with the old one, so i need a motherboard with sli functionality, where as on this motherboard i cannot go further 8gb of ram, it doesn't supports higher frequencies or core speeds of ram, so i need to update to such a board which can handle all of this without the need of changing my processor.
