Vs450 for g4560 + rx460

It will be more than enough and for it's price it's decent quality, get it, you wont regret it. 
That combo doesnt really use much power, im not even sure if that rx460 has an extra 6 pin connecter. Either way your system will run fine on that vs450 with no issues, you can even use it for future upgrades.

Pick up a CX450M unit instead of that VS. In terms of quality the VS is the worst in Corsair's lineup(probably among other bad PUS's). Where are you located, what is your budget and where do you want to purchase a unit from(preferred site)?
