r7 1800x with a hyper t4

bought an 1800x for my sisters and she got a cooler the next day. she bought a hyper t4. will this be good enough to cool it as we don't plan on overclocking.

It should cool it good enough up to 3.9 - 4.0 GHz but it probably not going to work at XFR (that's what "X" is for) turbo frequency of 4.1 GHz.
