Will I be able to get away with a 500w PSU for this build for a month?

Hey,

I'm upgrading my system on a monthly basis and I am planning on purchasing a GTX 1080Ti to pair with my i7-7700k, 16GB RAM system but I won't have enough money to purchase a PSU if I decide to go for the 1080Ti at the end of june.

So, if I did end up going with a GTX 1080Ti, would I be able to get away with using a 500w PSU for atleast a month without any problems, or it is just better to buy the power supply first and then purchase the 1080ti the month after?

Build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Hrp83F
PC Part Picker says the power draw would be 485w at its highest, but I'm not sure how accurate that would be.

I would say no considering that is a builder series.

I would do this:

For those who are thinking I'm going to buy a 500w PSU, I'm not, I'm planning on buying an RMx 850 from corsair,. I already have the 500w psu from my old build thats why I'm asking if it's an alright option instead of purchasing one straight away. I mean this CX500 i have right now is around 5 years old.

I might be buying another 1080Ti a few months after I get this one at the end of june for 2 way SLI so I would need a larger wattage PSU but I don't know if it was absolutely necessary now since I could possibly get away with using my CX500

@madmatt30 made me see a problem i was making in my purchases, I was buying the more expensive strix and i completely didnt notice.

I made a small adjustment and now I can afford an RMx850 and 1080Ti strix.
