Everything is working well. All the fans are spinning including the video cards, power is great PSU power tested before hand, (I breadboarded everything but the Video card) Hooked up dual link cable the the Video card and I got no signal on the monitor. I see this is a common problem on the site but none in my shoes.

Last thing I installed was the Graphics card.

EVGA 650 GQ PSU
1070 Nvida Gigabyte GTX Geforce
Z170-E Motherboard
H100i v2 Cosair Cooler
i7 770k Unlocked CPU

Also worth mentioning after a few time of turning it on and off the Ram Led turns on red on startup everytime now, but only for 2 seconds then the red light goes away, I reseated the RAM after that and its still doing it. Hit Mem OK button after looking around on here to see if it may be a problem, but no changes.

Solution
It does help.
3002 or later needed for the Kaby: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/Z170-E/HelpDesk_CPU/

Option: ordering a BIOS chip on ebay and replacing the board's one. It's not difficult (it's on socket, not soldered).

Yeah I bought this online, so If I want to go through the painstaking process of taking this thing apart for the 6th time, and ship it back, I want to be positive that is the issue.
