Hey all, first time i'm writing a forum post like this. I hope some guys here could help me. I've already checked some forum posts here about the same subject, but not sure yet what i need to do.

What am I planning to do with my (game)pc:
- Playing games (GTA V, CS:GO, H1Z1, etc.
- I want to stream those games at 60 fps to twitch (which requires strong CPU)
- I am also working with video editing programs (adobe AE, Sony Vegas etc)

PC I want to order has these specs:
- gtx 1070
- i7 6800k
- msi x99a sli plus (motherboard)

The other PC has:
- gtx 1070
- i7 7700k
- MSI z270 gaming pro carbon

I want to stream my games and still have a good FPS.

Wondering which system is more suitable for me based of what i want to do with it.

Thanks in advace!

(First time i create a post like this, if something is missing my apologies)

If you want 6 cores, definetely wait for Skylake-X coming sometime in june. Will feature newer features, higher clockspeeds and overclocking, translating to higher overall gaming performance.

the i7-7700k will definitely get you better frames while gaming, not sure about streaming though, since I heard more cores are better for streaming, and that's where the 6800k would potentially shine. If you really care about a couple frames and a little more time during video editing and such, go with the 6800k, otherwise, the 7700k is the build I would personally recommend more. Good luck!

Cheers guys for the quick replies.

My current system is:
- intel i7-4770k
- gtx 770
- 16gb ram

So right now i have socket 1150; Right now i am losing (too much in my opinion) frames in CS:GO when i'm streaming it. So I am condering buying a new PC or upgrade my current one.

If you are staying well above 60FPS (which is what should be happening) then I honestly don't see the point in upgrading. Although, you might want to look into that graphics card, though.

I basically drop from 250FPS (not streaming) to like below 100FPS

(my current pc is 3 years old)

It all depends on how well optimized your uploader is. When I used fraps, I would go from 300 FPS to around 40. Upon using different software, I was around 300 to 240. What kind of software are you using?

For livestreaming i am using OBS, but for recording footage i use fraps aswell, but for recording footage i do not need more than 60 fps tho, youtube won't go higher then that.
