Restart during gaming/stress testing

Hello All,I need some help troubleshooting. Recently while in the middle of gaming, my monitor went blank, and it seemed the motherboard clicked on and off, and then the PC seemed to restart. Once it came back up, the screen below was displayed, allowing me to restart. I have already replaced the PSU, GPU and tried other power strips/outlets with no success. I have all drivers updated, and checked that the GPU is not overheating.

I am at a loss and not sure what to try next. The next obvious step would be to try a new motherboard, but I really don't want to throw more money at it. Any help would be great. Thank you!

Also forgot to add in, as long as I dont game or run Furmark, PC works fine.

I am reseting the CMOS and clearing it now. If my BIOS was corrupt, would I still be able to start into it and make changes?

OK so I flashed the BIOS to the newest version and still happening. At this point I feel liek I have done everything short of replacing the motherboard, which is the last resort for me.

Replace the CMOS battery; if that's dying, chances are it's resetting the settings every time simply because it can't save them. That shouldn't be the case, honestly, as long as your computer is still connected to the wall.

One more or less surefire way to rule out your motherboard is to look closely at all the capacitors on it and see if any are bulging. I would suggest replacing the PSU, as the pop sound could have been from that, but you said you already did that.

Actually, now that I think about it...if the pop sound you heard was in fact your PSU shorting or otherwise suddenly dying, it could have sent a surge of power to the motherboard (and other components), damaging them as well.

I replaced the CMOS battery, still having the issue. As far as the popping, there was no popping, what I mentioned though was the motherboard clicking on and off when the shutdown happens, its as if it can't get the power to reboot for a few seconds and then finally does, going to the screen I posted a picture of. This time, after replacing the battery, the lights on the motherboard and GPU kind of hesitated when it was trying to reboot. I havent seen it do that before, then it wouldnt reboot connected to my powerstrip, but did when I plugged it into the wall. I tried this before to no avail with the other PSU.

Is it possible the PSU isnt providing enough power? It should be based off my needs.

So I disabled all background apps as suggested in this thread http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3295633/reboot-gaming.html

I was able to run furmark for much longer, so I tested in a game. I was able to play for longer, making me think it was fixed, but it eventually did crash again, but the MB did not click on and off like before, it seemed like the PC never lost power.
I tested 2 other power strips, on 3 different outlets, so its not the power strip, but I have it plugged in directly at this point. Yes, the same conditions happened with the other PSU and GPU in different outlets. I tested everything again, with each brand new component.

I did, and everything looks normal. Could the MB go bad when everything else works? Only shutdown while gaming, seems strange.

I've seen some bad reviews of the EVGA G2 series; you may want to get a different one. EVGA's G3 series have good reviews, or I usually recommend Antec, as I've had no problems with their PSU's through three computers now.
