I have a SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 with AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor and want to upgrade to 32GB(4x8GB) memory, I checked specification

It says:
Quote:
4 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR3 1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz ECC, Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory

Also I checked the QVL here:
Kingston KHX1600C9D3K8/32GX(XMP) 32GB ( 8x 4GB) DS - - 9-9-9-27 1.65 ●●●

There are only 4 slots in the mobo, what does this size 32GB ( 8x 4GB) mean? How can I install 8 memories?

Solution
YOu can not install 8 RAM sticks into 4 RAM slots.

Every motherboard manufacturer has its own way of communicating information on QVL lists, so they are not compatible.

Kingston KHX1600C9D3K8/32GX(XMP) is the model number. In Kingston the second to last character "K" means it is sold as a kit, "8" menas it is sold as a kit of 8 RAM sticks.

Of course they did not install 8 RAM into 4 slots, they installed them in packs of four and have seen that 4 sticks of that 8 stick RAM works.

Why have they done this ? Because they had that kit available to them, so they tested what they have.

Should they have tested this kit ? Probably not, but they have done it and reported it.
The SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 supports 4 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR3 1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz.
As your MB has 4 DIMM slots then you must choose a RAM kit 4 x 8GB and not 8 x 4GB.

GSKill have a 4 x 8Gb kit that will work well at 1866MHz and listed on the MB QVL.
