Hard Drive Disappear

I have 550GB HardDrive One day I try to do Boot one Partition But failed and I lost my two partitions of 110GB This lost partition even showing not in Diskmanagement and I don't know how to discover it please help me

Are you trying to recover your data or just use the drive?
If you MUST have the data and don't mind spending $$$ stop using the drive and call driversavers. If you want to try recovering yourself for free try using something like photorec. If you just want to use the drive again, first check it with drive mfg. software then, if it passes, create a new partition and use it.
