Which one is better and gets more FPS in games?
Btw,are my specs bad? This is my first time posting and I really need help..

PC:
I3 2120 3.3Ghz
Thermaltake contac 21 CPU cooler
GPU : Can't decide between these two
500GB HDD
128GB SSD
8GB RAM 1600MHz
450W PSU
Windows 10 64bit

to at least a I5-2500, but good luck on finding one. That PC is pretty old. You may want to consider a motherboard/CPU/RAM upgrade when you get the chance, but look for a i5-2xxx CPU and you should be fine.

However, don't expect great results, because again, the motherboard is so old.

HD7870 definitely. Beats the 550 by a noticeable difference.



I'd recommend the i7-2600k if it fits within your budget. I mean... you can find the i7-2600k cheap secondhand and it just SO good overclocked. I would really just say, skip out on the HDD. Try to buy one later, upgrade your SSD to 240GB. The difference between a 120GB SSD & 240GB one is there. But really... if you can, go for thr i7-2600k (Provided your going to overclock it) But you would need to upgrade your motherboard too...
