Weird lines on paper

Hello!

I've been having some problems with a recently acquired printer here at work, the Brother MFC-J6930DW, in a way that it's been printing lines, more like sections of the paper, where you can distinguish each section from the other.

Already cleaned and aligned the cartridges, but it stays the same :(

I have this photo that shows the problem.

Run the printer test page/diagnostics. See if the lines appear.

Print the document on another printer. Likewise see if the lines appear.

Try printing another document that you know prints (or printed) without the lines.

Need to specifically narrow it down to printer or document.

If it is the new printer then you may need a warranty repair or replacment.
