PC Not Booting after installing new GPU

Hello! I recently upgraded from a R7 460 to a GTX 1070. Before the upgrade the PC would boot in 30 seconds everytime. Now it takes upwards of 20 tries to get it to start. The PC posts but doesn't get past the windows loading screen or the preparing automatic repairs screen. I Properly removed the AMD Drivers when I installed the Nvidia ones.

I am running an AMD FX-8320 CPU, a MSI-MS-7641 Motherboard, a GTX 1070 Graphics Card, 16 GB Kingston Ram, 1 Hard Drive, and a 500W Power Supply.

This happened to me but with my mother board it didn't get past the windows loading screen what I did was reinstall windows and that fixed everything I would try to do this as it can clear everything for a fresh start hope this helps
