I have another dum question I sw that the 980 ti did so good with the fx 6300 (video https://youtu.be/B58ciXUTlA8) so what is better for this CPU?
Fx 6300 with rx 470?
Fx 6300 with gtx 980 ti?
Fx 6300 with 1050 ti oc?
Fx 6300 with gtx 980

Solution
GTX980ti is the strongest of your candidates.
Here is a hierarchy list:

That said, your FX processor may not be able to get what such a card is capable of.

For fast action shooters, you may be ok.

for others like sims, mmo, and strategy games not likely.
a) Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

b) Limit your cpu, either by reducing the OC, or, in windows power management, limit the maximum cpu% to something like 70%.
Go to control panel/power options/change plan settings/change...

Go to control panel/power options/change plan settings/change advanced power settings/processor power management/maximum processor state/
This will simulate what a lack of cpu power will do.
Conversely what a 30% improvement in core speed might do.

You should also experiment with removing one or more cores. You can do this in the windows msconfig boot advanced options option.
You will need to reboot for the change to take effect. Set the number of processors to less than you have.
This will tell you how sensitive your games are to the benefits of many threads.
If you see little difference, your game does not need all the threads you have.

(I don't know why my previous answer is not showing)
The thing is I don't have any of these cards yet and I want to buy what's best for my CPU, and yha I'm not a action shooter gamer. I want to know what yields more preformace for my CPU .

"Best" I assume includes a consideration of cost.

If you have a very weak graphics card, a graphics card upgrade is easy, and can be carried forward to a new cpu.
Pick a card that is at least three tiers higher than what you have on this tom's gpu hierarchy list.

GTX980ti is an outstanding(and expensive card)
Something more modest like a GTX1060 will play many games well at 1080p resolution.

A better cpu is more expensive, it will also mandate a motherboard change as well as ddr4 ram.
