Does ASRock N68-VS3 FX support 16GB RAM?

I agree with previous poster -- max per slot seems to be 4GB as Crucial.com doesn't offer anything greater than 4GB sticks either for that board: http://uk.crucial.com/gbr/en/compatible-upgrade-for/ASRock/n68-vs3-fx#

Surprising that, contrary to what I believed, the info on manufacturer's site can't always be trusted to be accurate.

Interesting question. Normally, I would say to trust manufacturer's website. BUT, I have checked QVL for that motherboard, and there's not even single 8Gb stick on it (and that would be required to reach 16 Gb since board has only 2 ram slots). So, I'm inclined to consider 8 Gb max as correct version.

Yeah, I figured it was just listed wrong on their site. Thought I'd ask anyway. I need to upgrade my CPU (FX-6100) sometime, guess I'll wait for RAM for when I do that.
