Hey people, I recently realised my BIOS is out of date, dating back to 2009, I wanted to update it but I couldn't get my head around how to do it.. Could anyone help?
Here's a screenshot of something I thought might be important.

Solution
The general consensus is "If it ain't broke, Don't fix it". A BIOS should ONLY be updated to solve a specific issue or to gain additional functionality, such as support for a new CPU.

Thank you for the help so far, I'm a first timer on this website so I wasn't sure what to expect, The purpose of updating my BIOS was to actually overclock my CPU seeing that my current BIOS doesn't have such an option and I didn't want to mess around with 3rd party software so I thought updating the BIOS would be a simple solution. Seeing that updating the BIOS isn't much of an option as from the advice I've been given, Anyone know how I could overclock my CPU in that case?
