What do you guys think of my budget pc build? Anything you guys would change or upgrade? I'm trying build a gaming PC under $600-650 (CAD).

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/2NjGzM

Should i go for 1050 ti? Go for an i3? Anything that i can change that might be better?

The case doesn't really matter right now, i just put that as an example.

Thank You!

Can be way improved.
@SupaHos, that HDD isn't very good, swap it out.
Two choices here, I highly recommend saving a little for the first one, but the second is also good.

Kaby lake natively supports 2400 speed ram might as well use it especially since it's cheaper.

No need for a z270 board as you can't oc your CPU anyway.

Much better quality power supply.

Used savings to massively upgrade GPU on same budget.

I'm not by any means an expert on motherboards, but do you really need one that's that expensive? I'm getting the same CPU for my new PC and my mobo is only about $60. I noticed that all of your parts are coming from Canada so I'm going to infer that you live in Canada. So does this mobo ship to Canada? https://pcpartpicker.com/product/KWjWGX/asrock-b250m-hdv-micro-atx-lga1151-motherboard-b250m-hdv That's the one I'm getting for my PC which is going to have a g4560 and a Gtx 1050 ti.

EDIT: Someone else replied to your thread as I was typing this, and they probably know more than I do, so I guess I'm useless now :(

Wouldn't a ATX motherboard be better for future upgrades?

How about this build? Looks good for a budget build to me. Total price is $654.43. A bit over-budget, but it'll game at 1080p very nicely. I'd consider upgrading the CPU first when possible, but for now this should game just fine.
Hope this helps. Cheers!

I dunno, it seems fine to me - EVGA has good PSUs.
Yeah, but they're mostly out of stock everywhere, if you can find one, definitely get that.
RAM seems fine, simply because Corsair is a good brand and that RAM is also well-known, Team RAM is not used very commonly. Plus, it's like $5 more.

It isn't good, trust me, do some reading on PSU units, rating means nothing.
Team is pretty good quality.
EVGA make good PSUs like the G2, G3, P2, T2, B2, B3 and GQ/GS, but then they supply garbage ones like the B1, G1 and various other NEX units, as well as their 450w/430w PSUs from HEC.
Corsair are the same.

Okay.
