Okay, I got a new Zotac Geforce GTX 1070 Amp edition, which has two 8-pin sockets.

I have a Cooler master masterwatt lite 600w lite PSU. I know that this is not a good PSU for the card, but I just want to test the card once. Thing is, the PSU has two 6x2 pins, but I can't tell which of the 6 pins should go with which of the 2 pins as both the 2 pins are well away from both the 6 pins and not near these, so i can't make out which 6 pin+2 pin should go into each of the 8-pin sockets.

Or can I pair any 6 pin with any 2 pin into the 8-pin GPU. If so, I hope it doesn't harm my brand new costly GPU.

I will get a good Seasonic PSU soon, but first I want to test the card once with this Cooler Master MasterWatt PSU.

I have seen a lot of threads here, but none seem to clear my doubts.

Thanks

Ok, but I still don't know as to which pin of the two 2-pins should go with the two 6-pins into each GPU 8-pin plug.

the 6+2 pins are not near like this in my case. Hence the problem. But I am going to get this PSU (https://seasonic.com/product/s12g-550/) anyways, and finally I will be able to connect the GPU, that too with a good PSU.
