First off, im kind of a computer noob, so I'm still learning all the curves. I'm looking to get back into PC gaming but the computer I have has very basic hardware. I've done some research and I'm going to upgrade the GPU, CPU, Motherboard, and PSU. My build consists of:
Motherboard = b250 https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01N2WG23X/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1496286063&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=b250+motherboard&dpPl=1&dpID=51vELZeiMML&ref=plSrch
The Ram I currently have is ddr3, so I will need to get ddr4.
GPU = Asus gtx 1060 https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01JHQT1SE/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1496286038&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=asus+1060+6gb&dpPl=1&dpID=51mMMnpdxtL&ref=plSrch#
CPU = i5 7500 https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01MZZJ1P0/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1496286094&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=i5+7500&dpPl=1&dpID=51XrkNI7q%2BL&ref=plSrch#
PSU = evga supernova 750w https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00K85X23O/ref=mp_s_a_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1496285995&sr=8-8&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=650+supernova&dpPl=1&dpID=41KEgyGJr6L&ref=

I've gone to PCPartPicker and found no compatibility problems, but I just want to make sure im not overlooking anything.

if it a pre built pc and your reusing the case make sure there not using a non standard size mb. when you replace the mb and cpu your going to have to reload windows. want to back up your data to ext hard drive. use windows 10 media creation tool to make a new bootable usb stick.

Nope. Your all set. It looks like a pretty solid combo. IMO, I would go for an RX 570 or an RX 580. I got an MSI RX 480 back in January and I could not be happier with it. Also, you could get by with a 600W PSU. 750W is a little overkill but as long as you dont mind paying a little extra for a 750W then your fine.
