Im looking to upgrade my cpu and buy i5 7500 and gtx 1050 ti and im having intel DH55TC so does it support i5 7500 and what games this specs can run in how resolution and fps? My ram is 8gb and psu of 400w.

No. That motherboard only supports the first generation of Intel Core series processors. The Intel Core I5-7500 is the seventh generation. Here is a list of supported processors for your motherboard. If you want to use the Intel Core I5-7500, you would need a new motherboard with the H270, B250, or Z270 series chipset, new DDR4 RAM, and likely a new Windows license.
