Safe 100% Usage temps for 7700k

What's safe for a 5ghz oc i7 7700k at 100% load? Right now while running Cinebench my temps go to 85c-90c. At idle it runs at 40c without my cooler working hard. My cooler is a NH-D15.

Q: What is your ambient temperature?

Core temperatures are directly affected by ambient temperature.

Here's the typical operating range for Core temperature:

85°C Hot
80°C Hot
75°C Warm
70°C Warm
65°C Norm
55°C Norm
45°C Norm
35°C Cool
30°C Cool
25°C Cold

Core temperatures above 85°C aren't recommended.

Q: What is your Core voltage during Cinebench? Are you running in Auto or Manual / Adaptive?
