Good Day to the good people of the Tom's Hardware Community. I am thinking of performing a simple upgrade to my current PC build. Your recommendations and help will be greatly appreciated and of great help.
APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: this week BUDGET RANGE: USD 215
USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Enough to support playing games(e.g. Witcher 3, Dishonored, ...) with medium to high settings. Able to let me work with photoshop with decent performance and watch high def videos
CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: PSU = Seasonic M12-II 620W GPU = Powercolor Radeon HD 5750 1GB DDR5
OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: Intel i5-2500k , Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3 LGA1155 , Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU COOLER , KIngston 8GB PC1333 DDR3 , 2x Kingston 2GB PC1333 DDR3

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I know this is an old system, but my main aim is to increase its life by at least 1-2 years. I am currently thinking of GPU upgrade only, but open to other suggestions.
