Game is lagging without the gpu and cpu going to max usage

In a game called block n load Im am lagging on very high settings which my pc can handle no problem that all but my cpu and gpu is not that max usage.

In game the starting where there but just building and no explosion or shooting going on i get a nice 70-80fps then when the force field drops and the fightning going on my fps drops down to 30 min but mostly stays around the 40-80fps for no reason my Cpu usage is around 20-50% depend on how long the game lasts and my graphic card stays around 50-70% and i never seen it go up to the 100%
So anyone know whats going on

My Pc specs
i7 2600k
Nivida evga gtx 750 ti SC
ddr3 8gb of ram
Motherboard name i dont know but its is a msi
atx 300w PSU

That is strange... Given the circumstances I would say it's the game itself. Under normal circumstances doing other activities should make it worse not better.

It's possible that your CPU is the bottleneck here. If it shows 20-50% usage, that just might indicate that the game is only using one or two or your cores. If the individual cores aren't up to the task, then the bottle neck occurs.

That's my two cents.

I don't think so sometime my cpu usage goes over 50% it just rare because the game dont last up to an hour and the more the map get damage the more the cpu goes up

You'll need to check per core usage and see which cores are being used and how heavily. That will tell you what the problem is. Most likely the game's optimization is trash.

How do I do that I got the MSI afterburner but i'm super mega new to it any videos or guides that can help me?

You can either scroll down through the window with all the graphs and it will say CPU1, CPU2, CPU3, etc. with a graph of each that you can check while you play, or much better, you can add the options to your OSD (On Screen Display), and watch it there. Just scroll down around where CPU is and it will say CPU1 Usage, blah blah blah, and CPU Usage (overall), as well as temps.

OK thx it gonna be a while before i respond with an answer because i posted this that my house on my pc but I had to go out and i'm doing this with my laptop and i wont get back for an other 1-2 hours and would you like me to record with shadow play and give you the link to it by youtube? And thx for helping ^-^ :3

Not necessary. Just look for single core usage in the 80s-90s that will give you a strong indication that the CPU is the issue. I have the same problem on WoW. For the most part (also see rig in sig) my rig will run ANYTHING at 3440x1440 100Hz no problem all day any day.... but this crappy optimized game will use 1 CORE of my 6700K and I will get as low as 45fps in some raid situations. Just a single-core hog. Nothing I can really do about it except overclock the CPU for a few more fps, which in those situations works WONDERS. Had mine OC'd to 4.6 GHz for a while before I got worried about the temps, and for that short time I never dropped below like 60-70 even in the same raids! So yeah... just check it out and let me know if you see really high usage on one or two cores and nothing on the rest.

Recommended CPU is : Quad Core CPU 2.0 GHz (Core i5) or
Recommended GPU is: Dedicated graphics card (GeForce GTX 650 / AMD Radeon HD 7770 series or better).
I think it's the game optimization is bad.

I'd put it on par with DOTA 2, a G3220 and GT750Ti will most likely max out DOTA 2 with good FPS.

Sorry for the long wait i forgot about this post my bad. All cores are working it just the first core is just max and the other are 25% to 80% usage but mostly around 50% with no background stuff on etc i can run youtube in the background on high setttings that i get no lag on and i will get no fps drop during gameplay it just lags randomy when i do very high
