Ram Upgrade Issue: I get cycling bluescreens after installation. I've tried a few things, am I missing something?

Hi there! First off I'll start with specs

Mobo:Asus P7p55d-e
CPU:Intel I5 650 3.2ghz
GPU:EVGA GTX 1060 6gb
PSU:EVGA 600w
RAM:G.skill DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 CL:9-9-9-24 x2 2gb = (4gb Total)
Replacing with: G.Skill DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 CL: 8-8-8-24 x2 4gb = (8gb Total)

I decided to replace my RAM cards after one of them failed.
My new RAM came in yesterday, and after installing I get continueously cycling BSODs.
I'm able to use the good card of the old set at the moment.

I'm housing it like this currently, because it's how the old cards were housed.

I also tried like this, and the grey port variation, but the motherboard will not boot past the startup screen.

I made doubly sure that the connections were firm each way I tried to house it.

I updated the BIOS to make sure there was no snag there.

At first I tried to run it at 1333hz, and adjusting the latency manually. But I switched over to the XMP profile listed on the motherboard.

I even tried boosting the voltage a hair.

All I end up getting are BSODs

Solution
Some memory slots might be faulty(?)

First check that the CPU is mounted evenly. If not mounted correctly, some contacts may become intermittent and cause issues.

Second, check memory slots carefully for any damage or debris.
Clear CMOS.

Install the modules in slots A1 and B1 (refer to manual page 2-10).

If having issues, then increase DRAM Voltage by ~ 0.05 V, but don't exceed 1.65 V (for now).

If still having problems, try ONE module at a time either in slot A1 or slot B1. This will help determine if one module is perhaps faulty.

Ok, so CMOS reset, no change. Im able to plug into each slot individually, and the bios sees it. However, im still getting bluescreens on startup. Still no change when trying both ports at once, still cannot boot past the entry screen listed above. Whole I could get onto the bios, I increased the voltage hair by hair. And still no change.

Ok, so I just tried incrementally adjusting voltage all the way up to 1.65 V on the individual cards housed on A1, and then B1. Both are recognized, both get hit with freezes, or blue screens on launch of W10.

I did also try the old cards in busses A1 and B1. For some reason I'm being hit with a bsod for data corruption. It didn't have what it needed to boot windows. However when I go back to the side by side B0 B1 profile, I boot right into windows no problem. And actually, The old cards are being read just fine. I was mistaken initially thinking the chip was bad.

Is it time for a new Mobo?
