Integrated Motherboard Issue - No Signal

Helping a friend with her computer, it won't turn on. Checking the inside my immediate concern is the PCI slot. Never seen this before, thought it might an AGP slot but it looks like something got ripped off. It has a VGA/DVI port next to eachother off the motherboard so I'm assuming it has integrated GPU. Another issue is the two holes in the VGA port where the screws go in to get secured, they don't.The VGA end goes into the port on the motherboard just fine, but you can't twist the screws. I don't know if that means the port itself is broken or it means nothing.

That's the gist of it. Got rid of all the dust, everything's connected, nothing else looks out of the ordinary. Straight up no signal at all, tried different power cables & VGA cables. I appreciate any answer you guys can give me.

I don't see any issues with the PCI-Ex16 slot. That just looks like the locking mechanism which isn't really required. As long as the card is secured in place, it should work.

As for the on-board VGA port, it's missing the two screw bolts that the cable would screw into. The serial port just beneath it has them, so unless she actually needs the serial port, she should be able to take those from the serial port and screw them in around the VGA port.

Never noticed this. Also while getting those screws loose I realized what the problem was. Her wifi adapter. I took that thing off the usb port and suddenly the PC turns on fine. Crazy.
