I just upgraded to a PM961 (OEM version of a Samsung 960 EVO) 1tb SSD. I'm upgrading from an OCZ Agility 2 200gb. There is a sizable performing difference so far between the two drives but I can't help to think I'm missing something in terms of performance.

I have both drive still hooked up and running AS SSD Benchmark with the following stats
960 EVO - Seq Read 2266.95 MB/s, Write 358.66 MB/s
Agility 2 - Seq Read 209.45 MB/s, Write 81.19MB/s

I don't expect to get max performance Samsung posts for the 960 but I thought I'd get closer. Samsung is posting Read up to 3200 and write up to 1900.

Rig Specs Mobo:
Asus Z170-Deluxe
CPU - I7 6700k
Video Card - Asus GTX 980
Ram - Corsair 16gb DDR4 4x4gb

Drives:
WDC RED 3tb
WDC Black 5tb
WDC MyBook 5tb
Seagate 750gb (garbage drive leftover from an old old system)
OCZ Agility 2 - 200gb (will be selling this once I'm confident with the new SSD)
PS - Corsair 1000w RM1000x

System performance - No overclock on anything currently.

Is there anything I should/could be doing to amplify the performance particularly on the write side but I wouldn't mind the read being quicker.
