Are you buying a monitor: Not as of now, will be gaming on 1336 x 768 until I can get the Acer - GN246HL 24.0" 1920x1080 144Hz Monitor. (144hz for esports titles)

Parts to Upgrade: Going to upgrade RAM to another stick of ram 8gb for 16gb in the future.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1336x768 for now. (Upgrading to 1080p later)

Additional Comments: Small and compact to be able to fit some sort of bag to carry to lans. Will add an ssd later too as I upgrade the pc. Games I want to run are: Esports titles, PUBG, and mmo games like GW2, BDO, etc. 60+ frames hopefully high-medium.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Giving my PC to my younger brother so that he can be apart of the PC master race.

Here's what I'm looking at right now as of now, please feel free to upgrade or completely change if you can make it better, thank you!

Solution
Pretty good build, well matched. Changed the RAM to one with a heat spreader. Changed the HDD to a faster one with a 64MB cache, well worth the extra $5 if this is your only storage.
