What budget cpu is best for low-medium 1080p gaming?

Hi all, Im building my girlfriend a gaming computer but she has a very strict budget as she does not know if she will get back into it again, im trying to put together a build that's somewhere in the region of £200-£250 I have a few ideas but im wondering if anyone has any other better suggestions

Some games she plays: Overwatch, csgo, portal, xcom2 player uknown battlegrounds

1st build:
CPU: Core2Quad q6600
Motherboard: Zotac (as i have this spare) or Nvidia SLI Board
RAM: 4-8GB corsair
GPU: either R7 260x or gtx 950

2nd System:
CPU: Amd FX4300 or FX6300
Motherboard: any AM3+ mobo
RAM: 8gb any ddr3 ram 1600mhz
GPU: gtx 950

3rd system (May be too expensive for her but ill throw it out there)
CPU: Pentium G4400
Motherboard: Any low end LGA 1151 mobo
RAM: 4-8gb ddr4 - no preference on brand
GPU gtx1050ti

any system builds in the region of £200-£250 is appreciated! no need to include HDDs or Case as i have them spare just the main components, thanks

i suggest you buy this:
g4560
any low end LGA 1151
1x4 gb ram
GPU RX 460

it should be cheap enough and able to handle those game with some tweaking

2nd system with the FX6300 would be ok. Though I would overclock it and maby get a better GPU like a 970.

Thanks for your reply, I will send that over to her to review, my main reason for picking the slighly worse g4400 cpu is that I already have that from when I bought a Z170 mobo and a 7700k and realized i needed to flash it xD

how well do the FX series overclock, my spare is a fx4100 and i thought they were terrible overclockers? i'd love to get a better gpu for her as long as its in the budget and a 970 seems a waste as its performance she will not be using, she like slightly older games

The piledriver series ( the fx 6300 is one) oc's a lot better but still isn't that great.

thanks for the reply guys, i think im going to go with the fx6300 as its not a gaming rig for AAA titles and should hold up fine if i can OC it
