Can you try just 1 stick of RAM, also do as Zerk2012 said and clear the cmos using the jumper on the motherboard, if that fails, try with your graphics card in the 2nd PCI-e x16 slot.
Reset CMOS then make sure the memory is set right in BIOS.
Also unplug and plug back in all the power dupply cables to make sure their getting a good connection.
