Recently i purchased an M.2 SSD (http://amzn.to/2s1Bu7K) however, upon installation the system takes considerably longer to boot up. I have disabled almost all startup programs but to no avail.

I contacted Samsung about this issue and they told me to install a program called 'Samsung Magician' Which had a "RAPID" Mode. When enabled it did make a small difference to the boot time but post (system beeps when passed) still takes a considerably lengthier time than that of my old Sandisk SSD.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yo, you sure you spoke to the right people? RAPID mode doesn't affect boot times. It doesn't run until 15 seconds after you are booted into the OS. and Samsung are the ones who told me that.

Are you in a different country? cuz I'm in the US and had extensive conversation with their US support about RAPID.
