Yep, a good rule of thumb is to post a full system spec when you have an issue. CPU make/model, RAM make/model/speed/number of sticks, GPU make/model/chipset, motherboard make/model, PSU make/model/wattage, even your case make and model.
So your CPU is an Alienware G540, your GPU is a Microsoft GTX 710, and your RAM was made by Ferrari and runs at 500000 MPH, right? :lol:

Intel i3-G540
Corsair Vengeance DDR2-800 2GB (2x1GB)
EVGA GeForce GTX 710
Gigabyte GA-whatever motherboard
Etc.
