Hey guys, my name is Tyler and I am 16 years old.
(Bit of topic)
Since the age of 4 I have been fascinated with computers and games but I have been more interested in the development of games and ever since about 7 years old when I begged my parents for a computer to start trying to learn how to make games I have been teaching myself programming languages.

So far I have taught myself, Python, Java Script, C++ and C#.
(This is the question)
I have learnt however to efficiently make games and design you need to have a computer suiting that, however I come from a very poor family and am current using a lenovo integrated graphics laptop that cost like £120 I can't really remember it was several years ago, I'm trying to build a pc (building cheaper than premade?), that can efficiently develop games as im really struggling to make my dream of creating my own developing team without a foundation, as cheap as possible please because i don't have the time to work as i study for 5 a levels during the week and program on weekends.

Thank you, Tyler.

Solution
i recommend ryzen, bcz they have the best price/performance multi core CPU, for the vga u don't have to get it too high since u're not gaming but u surely still need to test the game so get something in the middle-low class like RX 550 or RX 460, for RAM 4/8 gb should be enough.
