What PSU should i buy from about 500 Watt to 650 Watt max. My budget is 90$, I want a quiet and safe PSU.

I need to power:

1060 3gb
i7 7700k
One 120GB SSD
Z270 Motherboard
8GB (2x4) DDR4 3000Mhz RAM
