evga950gtx LOW MHZ

(first of all im sorry for my english is not my native lenguage)
I don't know why my nvidia evga 950gtx 2gb is working at low performance, even when i try to overclock it (the fan will rise the rpm but the gpu and memory clock won't) seems like its running at safe mode.
specs:
intel i7 7700 3.6
asus h170m plus
8 gb

all drivers are installed at lastest versions

what could it be?

Not sure what you are trying to show there, you have the clock offset set at 0 so no overclock and the card is at idle so the clock speed shown is normal. Those speeds at the temp at 35 is clearly not showing the card in use. It also looks like you set the fan manually to 0 which is not very good.

but i dont know how to rise the mhz "...and the card is at idle so the clock speed shown is normal..." even ingame the clock speed keeps the same its like the video card is constantly at idle, how do I change that?

Did the card work normally before? Do you have the monitor plugged into the motherboard or the video card? Card is seen normally in device manager?
